Together, they bring over 20 years of experience as nutrition coaches, helping clients achieve sustainable fat loss and build healthy habits. Chrissy, a Registered Dietitian, combines science-backed nutrition guidance with practical strategies, while Jill specializes in habit-based coaching to help clients confidently fuel and move their bodies. Together, they provide the support, accountability, and expertise to help you reach your goals and feel your best.
